The staff at the front desk are kind and helpful. Especially Ms Raabia and Ms Nellie. It is always a pleasure to stay here . They make me feel like a home away from home. The hotel is centrally located and easy to access the city center by the new metro or ferry. Sebastian and Anna in the pub are very friendly. Good job NH

Front desk staff is wonderful! Raabia and Nellie are both caring and professional. Dealing with so many airline crews has got to be difficult but they do it with a smile on a continual basis. It is refreshing to be remembered and they always do their best to help with room requests. Hotel is very comfortable and secure. Location is ideal, close to downtown and great shuttle service. Having bikes available is another great plus!

The front end staff is amazing. Kind and courteous and and respond immediately to our needs. They truly make us feel like family. Their smiles aren’t just pasted on. The bar staff Ania and Lex are very friendly and accommodating. It’s always a pleasure to see them working. Feels like home. Also the security is good. I always feel safe and comfortable when they recognize you by name as we do them. Woulter is friendly and has a genuine concern for safety.

The highlight of The N H Noord is definitely the staff. Nellie and Nina are always very welcoming and willing to help with your request. The room service is always prompt and the food is delicious. I have stayed at this hotel for business and pleasure and have always enjoyed my time here at The NH Noord

I had a great stay! Check in with Abdel was warm and welcoming, my room was very clean and spacious. Also breakfast tasted good and Linda made my morning much better.
